STEP 1
Duration: 3 sessions i 1. week
Description of your issue/problem
- Personalized plan for your goals and wishes.
- One-to-one online sessions with counseling and hypnotherapy.
- Written assignments uncover your issues and behavioral patterns.
- Reframing of the cause of your issue.
FOCUS:
Letting go of anxiety
Healthy sleep pattern
Healthy eating habits
Letting go of worries about the future
GOAL:
Self-awareness: Getting a clear picture of your issue.
Feeling calm and serene.
Creating the basic foundation for long-term sobriety.
STEP 2
Duration: 2. week - 3 sessions
Personality, character, emotions and family matters
- Written assignments describing your personality and emotions.
- One-to-one online sessions with counseling and hypnotherapy.
- Reframe to appropriate solutions/reactions.
FOCUS:
Letting go of the past.
Letting go of anger, resentment, helplessness, grief, fear, guilt, shame etc.
Forgiveness & gratitude.
Rebuild family relations.
Rebuild relations with partner, friends, coworkers etc.
Communication
GOAL:
To live harmoniously with the world
Letting go of urges
STEP 3
Duration: 3. week - 3 online sessions
Change to a pattern that works for you – emotionally, behaviorally and physically/practically
- Written assignments describing how you wish to feel and act.
- One-to-one online sessions with counseling and hypnotherapy embedding your new reality/truth into your subconscious mind.
FOCUS:
Creating the mental state you want
GOAL:
Healthy emotional reactions
To live life on life’s terms.
STEP 4
Duration: week 4 - 3 sessions
Plan for the future – a healthy lifestyle
- Written assignments map out future goal and wishes.
- One-to-one session embedding your goals into your subconscious mind
- Customized plan for the next 6 months.

6 months customized/12 online sessions and support
After the 4-week program you have gained emotional balance, new habits, life skills, stronger family relations and new goals.
It is time to practice the new mental program in real life with your counselor as your “life line”.
One-to-one sessions and written assignments in the 6-month period are individually customized according to your needs.
If you need additional support or guidance after this process your counselor is available to you via e-mail or via Messenger/ FaceTime or private session by appointment.
Regarding medication we recommend you stay in close contact with your doctor og treatment center.
1) 4 weeks/12 sessions - 6 month/12 sessions = 24 sessions - 7 month
2) 4 weeks/20 sessions - 6 month/12 sessions = 32 sessions - 7 month
3) 8 weeks/40 sessions - 6 month/12 sessions = 52 sessions - 8 month
